Synergies

At AMPLIFY, we believe in the power of collaboration. We are proud to partner with our Sister Projects to co-develop ethical guidelines, share research, and create joint activities that drive the digital transition in the cultural sector. Together, we are navigating the new creative frontier while maintaining innovation and integrity.

Building a Sustainable Future Together

Sister Projects

ELLIE’s mission is to bridge the gap between traditional heritage practices and modern innovations, making history and culture accessible and engaging for all. Through the implementation of cutting-edge technologies, they create immersive experiences that connect people with history and enable new ways to interact with traditions.

HAMLET is developing a Collaborative Community Hub for cultural workers and developers to connect, co-create, and share resources. They provide a suite of AI enablers to support creators in areas such as adaptive storytelling, immersive design, and audience engagement. HAMLET’s pilots demonstrate how generative AI can augment creativity across video game development, dance choreography, and immersive theatre.

Multimedia partner

In collaboration with TRANSMIXR, AMPLIFY co-organised the “Beyond Reality” webinar series to explore the transformative intersection of XR and AI. This three-part series brought together an interdisciplinary panel of experts, from digital artists and journalists to academic researchers, to explore how emerging technologies are redefining creative expression, media production, and cultural heritage.

BeyondXR Cluster

The BeyondXR Cluster is a collaboration of pioneering EU projects focused on using advanced technologies like Extended Reality (XR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and robotics to transform education and training.

Beyond simply reshaping learning, the cluster aims to apply these technologies across various industries, from manufacturing and media to creative and cultural sectors, to drive innovation and social change. By bringing these projects together, BeyondXR seeks to push the boundaries of how XR and AI are used to create a positive impact on society.

CORTEX2 is building a next-generation XR platform to enable seamless remote collaboration. It connects workers across industries and SMEs, facilitating everything from industrial cooperation to virtual business meetings through intuitive physical interaction with remote environments.

SERMAS focuses on the human element of next-generation XR systems, exploring how users relate to and interact with immersive technologies. The project provides concepts and tools designed to maximize the potential and social acceptance of XR through coherent, user-friendly design and deployment.

Tailored specifically for the demands of Industry 5.0, the XR5.0 project is developing and validating a pioneering, person-centric XR paradigm driven by Artificial Intelligence.

Bridging the gap between EdTech and immersive technology, XR4ED is creating a European reference platform for XR-based learning and training. It serves as a central access point for cutting-edge educational solutions to cement Europe’s leadership in the field.

perating as a Digital Innovation Hub, XR2Learn fosters the cross-border creation of human-centric XR educational applications. It delivers a comprehensive one-stop platform to enhance both manufacturing training and distance learning scenarios.

XR2INDUSTRY is developing Europe’s first data-aware XR headset alongside a reference platform. It aims to prototype interoperable XR solutions for common industrial challenges—like assembly, maintenance, and logistics—while prioritizing the well-being of the workforce.

By converging Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV), VOXReality is researching and delivering innovative AI models designed to power the next generation of interactive XR experiences across the European market.

SPIRIT is developing low-latency, scalable telepresence solutions to bridge the physical and virtual worlds. By improving both human-to-human and human-to-machine interactions, it aims to boost industrial productivity, energy efficiency, and resilience to environmental disruptions.

Focused initially on Chemical Engineering, HECOF is modernizing higher education through AI-driven, adaptive learning. The project promotes ethical AI development and innovative digital teaching practices in alignment with the Digital Education Action Plan.

MASTER is transforming robotics training in the manufacturing sector. Through its innovative open XR platform, the project creates safe, flexible environments featuring advanced interaction mechanisms for robotic operations.

Using an AI-powered toolkit, augMENTOR is revolutionizing education by creating personalized learning pathways. It integrates emerging technologies into a pedagogical framework designed to foster both foundational and 21st-century skills.

OPENVERSE is laying the foundational framework for inclusive, open, and ethically responsible European Virtual Worlds. The project emphasizes user co-creation, technological sovereignty, and robust privacy and security standards in digital environments

By making training and the most complex industrial tasks more appealing, safer, and more accessible, MOTIVATE XR aims to contribute to a novel generation of XR collaborative authoring, publishing, and experiencing tool suite for training and assistance to industrial operations such as the assembly, manufacturing, maintenance, and dismantlement of industrial goods. MOTIVATE XR will adopt a user-centred co-design methodology that will be usable by a wide range of users without programming skills, from the largest European industrials to handywomen / handymen, without requiring software development skills.
