Using this scenario as a practical case, the discussion will examine which technical and policy barriers (and potential synergies) emerge when creative technologies developed across different projects are connected.
The panel will focus on interoperability, rights and reuse, human control and responsibility, and what policy, funding and shared infrastructures could do to make cross-project collaboration easier and more sustainable. The aim is to identify practical policy signals and recommendations, with the possibility of developing a short joint policy note after the event.
