The AMPLIFY consortium gathers again!
The AMPLIFY consortium gathered in the historic city of Pisa, Italy between 3-4 December 2025.Â
The consortium came together in Officine Garibaldi for two days of internal alignment, technological showcases, and strategic planning, defining a clear roadmap for the project’s next phase.
Day 1
The first day was a powerhouse of activity where we successfully achieved our core objectives:
We solidified the current status of each pilot, identified specific needs, and successfully aligned the development of AMPLIFY PORTABLE and AMPLIFY IMMERSIVE with our pilot activities.
 The afternoon featured a dynamic, hands-on demonstration of all core technologies. 4 corners showcased the demonstrators from our pilots, providing crucial technical alignment for our entire tech and pilot roadmap.
We concluded the day by aligning our efforts – pilots, technologies, and impact activities under AMPLIFY’s core vision. This resulted in a single, clear narrative for communication and dissemination, and a consensus on future exploitation plans.
Day 2
We successfully launched into the second day at Officine Garibaldi. The day was laser-focused on finalising our path toward the first iteration milestone and ensuring every pilot is aligned:
Intense sessions covered the status, challenges, and next steps for all four pilots: Fèisean nan Gà idheal, Cooperativa Paulo Lameiro, Toscana Produzione Musica, and Fundació del Gran Teatre del Liceu. This alignment is crucial for harmonising our technological vision (AMPLIFY PORTABLE and AMPLIFY IMMERSIVE) with practical implementation.
Lara Matos and Paulo Lameiro from Cooperativa Paulo Lameiro shared invaluable best practices on engaging communities, providing essential lessons for our project’s growth and IMPACT (our AMPLIFY Tree).
Dedicated sessions were held for our Technical Discussion (CWI, Salsa Sound, TUS, Vicomtech), coordination between Pilots, and our Human-centric team to ensure all project streams are optimised.
The meeting culminated with a session led by the coordinator, Mikel Zorrilla Berasategi, to define a clear roadmap.
